Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Regional Leadless Specialist in the Cardiac Rhythm Management Leadless division, field-based and based in the Boston/Springfield MA or Hartford CT area, to drive adoption of leadless technology.

You will educate clinicians on indications, provide procedural support, and stay current with clinical data while coordinating programs to expand access and feedback for product improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years clinical medical device experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, engineering or related experience.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices.
• Ability to collaborate and work with others effectively.

Responsibilities

• Educates physicians, nurses, educators, and other health care providers on leadless pacing indications.
• Provide procedural support per instructions for use and trial protocol.
• Assist in education and training activities for Abbott personnel.
• Stay abreast of clinical data regarding leadless CRM products.
• Coordinate programs and resources to facilitate market expansion and therapy access.
• Provide market intelligence for therapy training and expansion plans.
• Liaison with marketing for product feedback and improvements.
• Complete administrative reporting as assigned.
• Exercise judgment in planning and organizing work; monitor performance and report status.
