Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Key Account Executive to cover the Morris and Essex counties in New Jersey. The role focuses on educating and upselling assigned accounts, acting as the liaison between clients and LabCorp operations, and driving ongoing customer service and retention.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in outside account management or sales, with bonus consideration for Salesforce experience and a healthcare background. Travel and a performance-based bonus are part of the package.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• 2+ years outside account management or sales experience.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate, instruct, and upsell accounts in the assigned territory.
• Liaise between the client and LabCorp operations for client needs.
• Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customers.
• Aim to retain customers with superior service.
• Recommend client-focused solutions to drive growth.
• Manage accounts for day-to-day operations.
• Upsell to increase organic growth of the book of business.
• Collaborate with senior sales representatives to grow the book of business.
• Provide ongoing educational materials to clients.
