Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Two years’ experience working with people with disabilities; preference for visual impairment or Deafblindness.

Responsibilities

• Guide and empower students across campus and community work sites.
• Maintain detailed records and data tracking to inform team decisions.
• Coach students on site-specific goals and workplace etiquette.
• Identify skills and develop pathways for long-term workplace success.
• Document progress and contribute to future career benchmarks with the vocational team.
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors and the Job Developer.
• Uphold procedures for student communication, behavior, and medical protocols.
