Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in human services or related field preferred.
• Valid MA driver’s license; vehicle insurance coverage.
• CPR and First Aid certification within three months of hire; renew annually.
• CORI, SORI, OIG checks and fingerprinting as required; TB risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide job coaching, quality care, and support independence for participants.
• Plan and implement instructional activities in facility and community.
• Provide instruction, guidance, supervision, documentation, and role modeling.
