Thomas Oilfield Services LLC seeks an HSE Advisor for the Water Transfer Division in Midland, TX. You will oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance during construction, testing, and commissioning of pipelines, pump stations, and related civil works.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of HSE experience in water transfer or oil-gas operations, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license. Travel 80–90% to field sites with occasional office work and safety program development.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HSE experience in Water Transfer, Water Projects, Oil-gas operations.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software including Word, Excel, Access; charting, graphing, macros.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Safety Management System for the Water Transfer division.
• Organize and maintain HSE training programs; ensure field personnel comply with HSE documentation.
