Job summary

TriMark USA, LLC is seeking a skilled Service Technician – Hot side to support our commercial kitchen equipment customers in Houston, TX. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain hot-side cooking equipment in customer facilities to ensure reliability and safety.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years’ experience with gas and electric hot-side equipment, reads wiring diagrams, and holds a valid driver’s license. Expect field-based, full-time work with great benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience servicing commercial cooking equipment (hot side).
• Strong understanding of gas systems, electrical components, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in confined or high-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair gas and electric cooking equipment including ranges, ovens, griddles, fryers, broilers, steamers, kettles, and combi ovens.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and gas-related issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Replace defective components such as thermostats, gas valves, heating elements, ignition systems, control boards, and safety devices.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Provide professional, on-site customer support and document service work.
