Job summary

VitalCaring is seeking a dedicated Hospice RN to lead comfort-focused care in field-based settings. You will guide care plans, coordinate with physicians, social workers, and chaplains, and provide compassionate support to patients and families at the end of life.

You will manage symptoms, document care, and ensure alignment with patient goals, delivering dignity and quality of life in home and facility settings.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Compact eligibility accepted where applicable.
• Experience with EMR systems and patient documentation.

Responsibilities
