Job summary

Treasure Coast Hospice in Florida is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our field team, providing comprehensive hospice care with a focus on patient and family needs.

Requirements include Florida RN license, CHPN within 12 months, CPR, and the ability to work independently in the field. A valid Florida driver’s license and EMR experience are preferred. A $4,500 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license is required.
• CHPN certification to be obtained within 12 months.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide program development strategies and lead team collaboration.
• Uphold patient visit standards and compliant documentation.
• Motivate and lead self with confidence, energy and integrity.
• Coordinate care with IDT and patient/family needs.
• Supervise CNAs and LPNs as appropriate.
• Maintain credentialing information for facilities and hospitals.
