Job summary

Elevation Hospice of Colorado is seeking a dedicated Community Liaison to promote hospice programs and services in accordance with established policies. You will establish and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and referral sources to enroll patients in a timely manner.

This field-based role requires 80% travel within the assigned geographic area. A minimum of 1 year in sales/marketing in healthcare is required, hospice marketing preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• One to two years’ experience in hospice/palliative marketing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes hospice program and services with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and other referral sources.
• Identifies admissions in the community within assigned territory to enroll in hospice timely.
