Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Bartlett, TN is seeking a Scheduling Supervisor to organize in-home care workers across multiple counties and coordinate client services Monday through Friday 8 am–5 pm, with on-call every other weekend. The role supports the branch operation and ensures care plans are followed.

You will travel within the territory up to 60% and provide coverage as needed, supervise visits, and help deliver high-quality services while managing schedules and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of office experience.
• EVV experience preferred.
• 1 year of caregiving/personal care desirable.
• Willing to travel.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills and ability to work in multiple systems.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client's care plan is followed and client services are not interrupted.
• Support agency staff in delivering high quality services to each client while ensuring services align with the client's care plan
• Perform in home visits in accordance with state regulation including new admissions and routine supervisory visits
• Assist in reportable event management and comply with internal and external departments
• Willingness to travel within territory; approximately 60% travel 45% in office.
