Job summary

Metro Aviation, Inc. seeks an A&P Field Based Aviation Maintenance Technician (EC145) in Elyria, Ohio for the Cleveland Metro Lifeflight program. The role ensures aircraft are safe and airworthy, working with the A&P Lead AMT to plan maintenance and document compliance.

The position includes on-call duties, varying schedules, and a sign-on/retention bonus. Candidates must hold an FAA A&P certificate and have 3+ years of turbine rotorcraft or airplane experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
• Inspection Authorization and/or FAR 135 experience a plus.
• Minimum of three (3) years turbine rotorcraft or airplane experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain aircraft to airworthiness standards per 14 CFR and MAI data.
• Coordinate with Lead AMT on maintenance schedules and downtime.
• Communicate with pilots and clinical crew regarding aircraft condition.
