Job summary

Metro Aviation, Inc. in Washington, NC is seeking an A&P Hangar Based Helicopter Technician (EC145) for ECU Health. This full-time role requires maintaining aircraft to airworthiness standards and includes an on-site sign-on and retention bonus package.

The technician will work with the A&P Lead AMT to plan maintenance, document all activities, and ensure compliance with MAI and FAA data. Eligible full-time benefits include comprehensive health plans and EAP.

Qualifications

• Must have FAA A&P certificate.
• Minimum 3 years turbine rotorcraft or airplane experience.
• Strong knowledge of FARs and MAI procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain aircraft per MAI General Operations Manual and FARs.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with Lead AMT and pilots.
• Inspect, modify, repair, and document work on airframe, rotors and engines.
• Ensure parts and tools are properly tracked and stored.
