SJS Executives, LLC (SJS), also doing business as SJS Industrial, seeks a Project Manager to oversee construction and leasing projects in the Minneapolis area. The role requires managing budgets, schedules and vendor coordination for timely occupancy and closeout.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years of construction management on high-value projects, and a background in architecture/engineering or construction management. Federal project exposure is a plus.

Competenze

• Five+ years of construction management experience on projects valued $10 million or greater.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local health and safety laws.

Mansioni

• Manage all facets of construction and leasing project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, risk).
• Develop and maintain project schedules and critical paths; review progress and adjust prioritization.
• Coordinate payments with contractors, architects, and engineers and advise on approvals.
