Job summary

Project 180 seeks a licensed mental health professional to deliver intensive, wraparound clinical services for justice-involved individuals in Los Angeles. You will provide psychotherapy, case management, and crisis intervention, both on-site and in the field.

Under supervision, you’ll engage clients, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and document progress in the electronic health record while supporting recovery and hopeful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or mental health field.
• Valid CA license or registration (BBS).
• Experience with diverse populations.
• Ability to transport clients in field settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, wraparound, on-site and field-based clinical services.
• Engage clients with rapport, motivational interviewing and outreach.
• Conduct initial assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with probation, court and family collaterals as needed.
