SSG-Project 180 seeks a licensed therapist to deliver intensive wraparound clinical services in both office and field settings for justice-involved clients in Los Angeles. The role emphasizes recovery-oriented care, crisis intervention, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in social work or mental health field and active license (BBS).
  • Experience in working with diverse populations in behavioral health.
  • Valid CA driver’s license, proof of insurance, and own vehicle.
  • Must not be on probation or parole.

Responsibilities

  • Provide intensive wraparound, field-based clinical services including psychotherapy and case management.
  • Engage clients with motivational interviewing and rapport-building to support recovery goals.
  • Prepare assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans aligned with harm-reduction framework.
  • Coordinate with collateral contacts (families, probation, court) as appropriate.
  • Maintain documentation and billing records per guidelines.
