Project Resources Group, Inc. is seeking an outside plant expert to join as a route-based Construction Coordinator. You’ll be the on-the-ground eyes for our fiber networks, driving an assigned route, monitoring conditions, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and homeowners.

This role fits outdoors, driving daily, and solving problems in the field. The position emphasizes field readiness, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must own a reliable vehicle and maintain a professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently in field conditions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily fiber route assignments.
• Drive route with substantial windshield time and monitor for risks.
• Review 811 locate tickets, maps, and prints to anticipate digging activity.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting to mitigate issues before they escalate.
• Log changes in infrastructure and conditions along the route.
