Qualifications

• 2+ years of handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs across multiple sites.
• Conduct routine maintenance on building systems.
• Travel and troubleshoot day-to-day facility issues.
