Job summary

CLEAResult is hiring an Account Manager to serve energy program customers in the Marquette/Manistique area. You will maintain and grow local accounts, build relationships with contractors, and promote participation in our energy programs.

Traveling within the territory, you will design proposals, track interactions, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and target compensation is $60,000, with room for growth based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years relevant industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Relevant industry certifications could replace work experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain current accounts and develop new accounts within territory.
• Act as local on-site program representative to customers and contractors; encourage participation in the program.
• Design and deliver proposals for energy programs.
• Document customer interactions to adhere to program requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide guidance and training on installations or program requirements.
• Travel throughout a defined territory with a larger geographic impact or mix of client types.
