KARL STORZ is seeking an Onsite Endoscopic Specialist to support OR, SPD, and BioMed teams within hospital settings. You will set up and troubleshoot endoscopic video towers, cameras, and light sources, ensuring equipment readiness for procedures.

In this hands-on role, you’ll resolve real-time equipment issues, coordinate repairs, and maintain inventories while delivering outstanding service. Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare, sterile processing, surgical technology, medical device support, sales, customer service, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across clinical teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site support to OR, SPD, and BioMed teams for seamless operations.
• Set up, inspect, and troubleshoot video towers, camera systems, light sources, and KARL STORZ technologies.
• Support surgical procedures by identifying and resolving equipment issues in real time.
• Coordinate repairs, exchanges, and service requests while tracking equipment status.
• Transport, clean, sterilize, and inspect surgical instruments for readiness and compliance.
• Build trusted relationships with hospital personnel through exceptional service and support.
