Job summary

Arcadis, APM Group Inc., is seeking an EHS Coordinator to join our Boise, ID project team. This field-based role will develop and improve Arcadis safety culture through on-site support, training, and coaching to the safety department.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of construction EHS experience, with semiconductor/data center exposure preferred, and Spanish bilingual skills are a plus. Candidates must reside within commutable distance to Boise.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ construction safety experience on a project site.
• STS-C certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Semiconductor & Data Center construction experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Formal training in safety management (OSHA or similar).
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and related software.
• Ability to work independently with some oversight.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical resource for construction management on assigned site(s).
• Provide on-site safety support for construction projects.
• Review inspections and observations; coach for continuous improvement.
• Conduct EH&S training, orientations, and follow-up.
• Visit sites for safety compliance and provide feedback.
• Participate in subcontractor kick-off and constructability meetings.
• Review JHA under supervision and participate in incident analyses.
• Track corrective action items and safety metrics.
• Participate in safety leadership and field compliance activities.
