Job summary

Transfr is seeking Professional Learning Facilitators to deliver high-impact, in-person professional learning sessions across the U.S. You will tailor content for CTE and workforce development, guiding educators to maximize Transfr’s solutions and collect feedback to improve outcomes.

This independent contractor (1099) role requires 2–3 training days per month, focusing on Michigan-based travel, with sessions delivered onsite at customer locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–5 years delivering professional learning or training for educators, preferably in K-12, higher education, workforce development, or CTE contexts.
• 2+ years of experience with instructional technology, edtech tools, or digital learning platforms.
• Demonstrated success facilitating in-person professional learning workshops, coaching, or training sessions.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in professional development.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with proven success delivering customer-facing presentations and training sessions.
• Comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools.
• Ability to adapt facilitation style to diverse audiences and contexts.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (all work will be in the field), with sessions delivered primarily onsite at customer locations in your assigned region.
• Flexibility to accommodate training schedules as needed and aligned with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person professional learning sessions to customers as designed by the Programs Team.
• Tailor training content to address specific customer contexts, particularly within Career & Technical Education (CTE) and workforce development.
• Guide educators and administrators to fully understand the scope and functionality of Transfr’s solutions.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback, surveys, and performance metrics to evaluate and improve training effectiveness.
• Serve as a communication bridge between customer needs and the Programs Team and Professional Services team, contributing to future resource and curriculum development.
• Collaborate with Implementation Specialists and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth transitions and continuity throughout the customer journey.
