Job summary

Transfr is seeking a Professional Learning Facilitator to deliver high-impact in-person learning experiences for educators and stakeholders. You will tailor sessions to diverse contexts, drive adoption of Transfr's immersive solutions, and collaborate with Programs and Professional Services teams.

The role is a 1099 independent contract based in North Carolina, requiring significant travel and availability 2–3 days per month on business days.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering professional learning or training for educators in K-12, higher education, workforce development, or CTE.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in professional development.
• Ability to tailor training content to customer contexts and measure impact.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for customer-facing sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person professional learning sessions to customers as designed by the Programs Team.
• Tailor and adapt training content to address specific customer contexts in CTE and workforce development.
• Guide educators and administrators to understand the scope and functionality of Transfr's solutions.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback and performance metrics to improve training effectiveness.
• Act as a bridge between customer needs and internal teams for resource and curriculum development.
• Collaborate with Implementation Specialists and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth transitions.
