• 3 years of relevant fundraising, sales, or related experience.
• Ability to travel daily locally and have reliable transportation.
• University/College degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work from home and in the field per flexible work policy.
• Proactive communication and ability to work independently.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Extensive data management with CRM systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Meet a fundraising goal of $300,000+ through volunteer recruitment and engagement.
• Recruit and engage students and families through schools and districts with Kids Heart Challenge and American Heart Challenge.
• Implement classroom challenges, activities, and assemblies (in-person and digital).
• Develop and nurture relationships with teachers, principals, and district leaders.
• Maintain outstanding customer service with volunteers and collaborators; plan kickoff meetings for schools.
