Job summary

You will coordinate in-field activity, partner with healthcare stakeholders, ensure compliance, and develop talent while delivering on aggressive performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Business analysis and planning skills that drive sales performance.
• Proven District Manager leadership with safety/compliance awareness and four years of pharmaceutical sales management.
• Excellent judgment and ability to articulate scientific aspects of treatments and disease states.
• Ability to deliver candid feedback and develop talent for promotional opportunities.
• Ability to create a culture of winning and full team engagement.
• Must satisfy HCIR credentialing requirements to enter facilities in assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-field activity to achieve targets and maximize market, segment, and team dynamics.
• Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration in day-to-day and long-term business execution.
• Present market and franchise perspectives while leading in-field meetings and deepening product/disease state knowledge.
• Coach and develop direct and indirect team members and hold them accountable.
• Provide direction to internal partners in business planning and uphold AbbVie Ways of Working.
