Job summary

Seegrid Corp. in Detroit, MI is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to implement AMR solutions, train end users, and drive adoption at customer sites.

You will work with Seegrid Support, Engineering, and Field Service teams to resolve issues, coach staff on safety and operations, and maintain detailed records while traveling up to 80% across domestic and international sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business, communications, or related field; technical background is a plus but not required.
• Genuine enthusiasm for building customer relationships and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to present to clients at all levels.
• Comfortable working independently on-site within dynamic industrial and warehouse settings.

Responsibilities

• Possess a unique combination of hands-on problem solving, analytical thinking and a customer-service spirit.
• Manage and conduct all on-site training and adoption support activities.
• Partner with Seegrid Support, Engineering and Field Service teams to provide the best possible resolution to customer concerns.
• Work with a collaborative attitude and team spirit in an ever-changing dynamic environment.
• Coach customer staff on safety, operation and application details.
• Maintain detailed daily record keeping and reporting, including resolutions implemented, records of time, expenses and materials.
• Prepare for customer trainings by reviewing and gaining an in-depth understanding of the application(s) to be supported.
• Drive ongoing skill development by actively participating in routine product and software training sessions.
