Qualifications

• Experience in customer service–focused sales environments such as retail or food service.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel between properties.
• Ability to transport items and perform outdoor work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing supplies.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits.
• Assist customers with payments and reminders on delinquent accounts.
• Travel between properties to support operations.
