Public Storage is hiring a Property Manager to serve multiple locations. You will assess customer storage needs, upsell packing supplies, and conduct daily inspections to ensure unit availability.

Experience in customer-service driven sales is preferred. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties are required. We offer a full benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, sick time, and mileage reimbursement.

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls as required.
• Transport between properties using own vehicle where required (mileage reimbursement).
