Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager who operates independently across locations, assessing customer storage needs, recommending packing supplies, and conducting daily unit inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent.

Responsibilities include cash handling, deposits, payment reminders and collections, and traveling between sites with mileage reimbursement. A background in customer service sales is preferred, with comfort working in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability and ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily responsibilities.
• Keep customers current with payments and perform reminder and collection calls as required.
