Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Interest in medical device sales; sales-focused role not a traditional clinical educator.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings and occasional evenings/weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging multidisciplinary teams.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Growth & Market Development: promote and sell disposable products within territory; identify high-potential service lines and expand utilization.
• Clinical Support & Case Presence: assist anesthesia teams in OR setups and ensure smooth integration during procedures.
• Education & Training: provide on-site and virtual education on hemodynamic parameters and AI-derived insights.
• Strategic Partnership: collaborate with Territory Managers to prioritize accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Expansion Initiatives: identify underpenetrated care areas and propose adoption strategies for more monitor placements.
• Customer Engagement: schedule follow-ups, host educational events, and deliver campaigns to strengthen relationships.
