Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• One year of full-time social services, clerical, secretarial, administrative support or general office experience.
• Thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation for clients to appointments as requested by caseworkers.
• Observes and supervises parent and child visits.
• Completes forms and documents client contact in agency systems.
• Maintains outgoing appointment calendar for scheduling requests.
• Performs clerical duties to support unit operations.
• Promotes respect for cultural diversity.
• Attends work regularly per agency policy.
