Accurate Personnel LLC is seeking an Area Safety Manager to support safety initiatives across multiple construction projects in the local market. The role collaborates with field leadership to promote safe work practices and ensure OSHA compliance while building a proactive safety culture on all job sites.

The position involves traveling between sites, conducting inspections, coaching workers, delivering safety training, and assisting with incident investigations and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of construction safety experience
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
• Experience conducting inspections, observations, incident investigations, and employee training
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build relationships and communicate with field employees, supervisors, and project leadership
• Ability to identify safety risks and provide practical solutions
• Willingness to travel throughout the local market supporting multiple project sites
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn safety reporting systems

The Area Safety Manager is responsible for supporting safety initiatives across multiple construction projects within the local market. This role works closely with field leadership and project teams to promote safe work practices, ensure compliance with OSHA standards, and build a proactive safety culture across all job sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• CHST, ASP, or CSP certification (or actively pursuing certification).
• OSHA 30 and OSHA 500/510 certifications.
• Experience training employees on equipment safety and construction safety procedures.
• Experience supporting large commercial construction projects or specialty trade contractors.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $70,000 – $100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
