Job summary

Bayfront Roofing and Construction is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead exterior residential and commercial projects across the Coastal Bend. This field-based role requires coordinating crews, materials, and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget completion with quality workmanship.

You will own projects from handoff through final closeout, ensuring clear communication with customers, documentation, and proactive site readiness.

Responsibilities

• Review sold scope, plans, estimates, selections, permits, and project requirements before work begins.
• Conduct and/or coordinate pre-build meetings.
• Build and maintain project schedules.
• Assign and coordinate crews and subcontractors.
• Order and coordinate materials.
• Coordinate supplier deliveries and material pickups.
• Plan equipment, trailers, dumpsters, portable toilets, and other jobsite logistics.
• Make sure crews are prepared before arriving at the project.
• Visit active projects daily based on priority and risk.
• Monitor progress against the expected schedule.
