Bayfront Roofing & Construction is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead exterior construction projects across the Coastal Bend. You will coordinate project managers, crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment from production handoff through final completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction, production, project management, or field operations experience
• 2+ years leading crews, subcontractors, or project managers
• Strong scheduling, job-cost, quality-control, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read scopes, measurements, plans, contracts, and change orders
• Comfortable using construction software and digital documentation
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel between projects and inspect active job sites
• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred, but not required
• Experience with roofing, windows, siding, decking, waterproofing, or other exterior construction is strongly preferred
• Experience with AccuLynx, Zuper, CompanyCam, or similar platforms is a plus

• Confirm scopes, labor, materials, equipment, and timelines before projects begin
• Assign and supervise project managers, crews, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects start on time and remain within budget
• Visit job sites to verify quality, safety, cleanliness, and documentation
• Resolve field problems before they affect the customer; control change orders, additional labor, and material costs
• Drive punch-list completion and final project closeout
• Report production results directly to company leadership
• Improve production systems, accountability, and team performance
• Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly

Bayfront Roofing & Construction is hiring an experienced Production Manager to lead roofing, windows, siding, decking, waterproofing, and exterior construction projects throughout the Coastal Bend. We need a decisive, highly organized field leader—not a desk-only scheduler. You will coordinate project managers, crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, schedules, quality control, and customer communication from production handoff through final completion.
