Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–5 years of construction management experience.
• Strong knowledge of general construction and estimating.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across various phases.
• Understanding of local/state building codes and permitting requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.
• Excellent communication and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate material, labor, and equipment estimates based on each client’s scope of work.
• Lead subcontractor meetings to establish timelines and permits.
• Prepare project bid status reports to ensure compliance with specifications and contract requirements.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure projects progress on schedule.
• Conduct weekly on-site visits and provide updates to clients and teams.
• Identify challenges and deliver timely solutions.
