Responsibilities

• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, case managers, attorneys, senior communities, and healthcare organizations.
• Generate qualified referrals and new client opportunities.
• Conduct community outreach and attend networking events.
• Present our services to referral partners.
• Track leads and maintain strong follow-up.
