Job summary

AmeriBest Home Care, LLC is seeking a high-energy Community Partnerships Liaison to grow our presence across Philadelphia. You will build relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral partners to help clients access the home care they need.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience or related roles.
• Track record of meeting goals and building relationships.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with partners.

Responsibilities

• Own referral development for an assigned territory.
• Build relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, rehabilitation facilities, senior communities, community agencies, and other referral partners.
• Spend time in the field meeting partners and representing AmeriBest in the community.
• Lead partner presentations, in-services, and community events to explain AmeriBest's services and value.
• Develop a weekly territory plan with the Director of Growth and focus on partners with the greatest opportunity.
• Learn what drives each account and follow through on every opportunity.
