AmeriBest Home Care is seeking a high-energy Community Partnerships Liaison to grow our presence across Philadelphia. You will build relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners to connect clients with home care services.

You will spend significant time in the field with partners, educating them on AmeriBest’s value and services. Success requires understanding partner needs, a drive to win, and disciplined follow-through on opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience or related roles.
• Proven ability to meet goals and build relationships.
• Strong communication skills when engaging with partners.

Responsabilités

• Own referral development for an assigned territory.
• Build and grow relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and facilities.
• Spend time in the field meeting partners and representing AmeriBest.
