Job summary

AmeriBest Home Care is seeking a high-energy Community Partnerships Liaison to expand our presence in the Philadelphia area. You will build relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral partners to connect clients with home care services.

You will spend substantial time in the field, driving growth, identifying opportunities, and shaping AmeriBest's community strategy.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience or related experiences.
• Track record of meeting goals and building relationships.
• Strong communication skills with diverse partners.

Responsibilities

• Own referral development for an assigned territory, generating qualified leads and growth targets.
• Build relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, facilities, senior communities, and other partners.
• Spend significant time in the field meeting partners and representing AmeriBest in the community.
• Lead partner presentations, in-services, and community events to explain AmeriBest's services.
