VeriTech Plumbing seeks a field-focused B2B sales professional to build and own a portfolio of commercial accounts across Southern California and beyond. You will introduce VeriTech to decision-makers, educate on capabilities, and foster recurring service relationships.

You will spend most of your time in the field, developing relationships, scheduling site walks, and expanding accounts while maintaining strong CRM records. Training and career growth are emphasized as the company scales.

Qualifikationen

• B2B or commercial sales experience required.
• Strong relationship-building and field presence.
• Willingness to manage a territory and schedule.
• No plumbing experience required; training provided.

• Build and manage a pipeline of commercial accounts (multifamily, industrial, B2B).
• Spend majority of time in the field meeting decision-makers.
• Develop relationships within industry organizations and associations.
• Position VeriTech as a preferred plumbing partner, not just a vendor.
• Schedule site walks, capability meetings, and portfolio reviews.
• Attend industry events and networking functions.
• Collaborate with operations for smooth onboarding of new accounts.
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up plans.
• Use LinkedIn and outreach to pursue strategic accounts.
