Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Clinical Specialist Manager of Sacral Neuromodulation to lead the regional clinical team and drive efficiency in field operations. You will coach representatives, align goals, and partner with HR to recruit top talent while supporting sales through education and service excellence.

You will work across AZ, CO, NM, NV, UT and spend substantial time in the field to ensure program success and patient outcomes, reporting to the Director of Field Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to manage conflict and drive change.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with proven track record.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Energetic, organized, determined and goal-oriented.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop the clinical representatives across regions.
• Ensure regional alignment of goals and adoption of best practices.
• Oversee field rides and team development.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit clinical candidates.
• Support sales development with product knowledge and service needs.
• Lead performance evaluations and objectives for direct reports.
