Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• 5+ years preferred in a clinical leadership role.
• Leadership credibility within a local team.
• Experience in operating room or similar setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional clinical team in sacral neuromodulation across AZ, CO, NM, NV, UT.
• Conduct field rides, set objectives, and provide performance feedback.
• Develop staffing plans with HR and recruiter partners.
• Align clinical goals with regional sales strategy and revenue growth.
