Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Consultant to deliver ProClinical services in a defined US region. You will build collaborative relationships with customers and account managers to ensure product satisfaction and sustained outcomes.

You will analyze data, propose insights, and help develop new tools and service offerings, contributing to better business results and customer outcomes across multiple hospitals and settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or PT degree when experience is hospital-based.
• Licensed clinician with RN or equivalent licensure.
• Able to travel up to 75% annually.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ProClinical services in a defined US geographic region.
• Build relationships with customers and account managers to ensure product satisfaction.
• Support voice of customer and design improvements with stakeholders.
• Propose insights to enhance ProClinical service offerings and outcomes.
• Analyze data sources to develop action plans from market insights.
• Provide feedback to develop new tools and services in the unit.
