Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Consultant to deliver ProClinical services across a defined US region. You will partner with customers and account managers to ensure product satisfaction, outcomes, and opportunities for service enhancement.

The role requires a nursing (or PT) degree, RN licensure, 4+ years of clinical experience, and travel up to 75% annually. Strong collaboration with stakeholders and continuous improvement mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a licensed clinician, preferably in Critical Care, General Medical/Surgical or Emergency care.
• RN licensure or other clinical licensure required.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% annually.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ProClinical services in a defined US geographic region.
• Build collaborative relationships with customers and account managers to ensure product satisfaction and improved outcomes.
• Understand market strategy with in-depth knowledge of the market, customer dynamics and competitive offerings.
• Support customer-facing activities including voice of customer and customer-centric design with internal and external stakeholders.
• Propose insights and recommendations to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
• Analyze data sources to develop multidisciplinary action plans based on market insights.
• Provide feedback and assist in developing new tools and ProClinical service offerings.
