Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy if experience in a hospital environment.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a licensed clinician (RN or other clinical licensure) in Critical Care, Medical/Surgical or Emergency care.
• Preferred: Certification in quality and/or project management.
• Experience in nursing leadership, CNS or clinical educator roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ProClinical services in customer accounts with clinical theories, principles and concepts.
• Understand market strategy with in-depth knowledge of market, customer dynamics and competitive offerings.
• Support customer-facing activities including voice of customer and customer-centric design with stakeholders.
• Propose insights to enhance delivery of ProClinical service offerings and improve outcomes.
• Analyze data sources to develop multi-disciplinary action plans based on market insights.
• Provide feedback and assist in developing new tools and ProClinical service offerings.
