Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Consultant to deliver ProClinical services in the United States within a defined region. You will build collaborative relationships with customers and account managers to ensure product satisfaction and improved patient outcomes.

The role requires RN licensure or equivalent, 4+ years as a clinician, and travel up to 75% annually. You will contribute to market strategy, voice of customer initiatives, and the development of new tools and service offerings within

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or PT) and RN licensure required.
• Minimum 4 years as a licensed clinician in CCU/Medical-Surgical/Emergency care.
• RN licensure or equivalent clinical licensure required.
• Ability to travel up to 75% annually.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ProClinical support in customer accounts using clinical theories.
• Apply in-depth market knowledge to understand customers and competition.
• Support customer-facing activities with stakeholders.
• Propose insights to improve ProClinical service delivery and outcomes.
• Analyze data sources to develop multi-disciplinary action plans.
• Provide feedback to help develop new tools and service offerings.
