Job summary

TURN is seeking a Full Time Manager in Fresno, CA to provide administrative and staff supervision, coordinating client care and supervising case consultations. Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral science with BBS license (MFT/LCSW/LPCC) required.
• Valid CA driver's license and current auto insurance required.
• Experience in mental health or substance use disorder services preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.
• TB test, CPR and First Aid certifications required within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Manager with day-to-day operations and monitor staff productivity.
• Provide client service coordination with treatment team for basic needs.
• Develop, evaluate, and implement treatment goals with the team.
• Provide direct client care and timely documentation to meet billable requirements.
• Perform shift management duties in coordination with staff.
• Facilitate placement visits and transportation as needed.
• Shift coverage as part of on-call team; provide field-based services as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of client care and participate in program meetings.
