Job summary

Elevance Health seeks a field-based Clinical Pharmacy Account Director to build client relationships, respond to inquiries, and lead cross‑functional discussions with clients and business units. You will analyze data to identify trends and support both commercial and Medicare businesses.

The role requires travel to client sites with occasional office attendance, strong communication skills, and experience in pharmacy account management. A PharmD and license are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS and minimum 5 years of related experience.
• PharmD and active Pharmacy license in any state highly preferred.
• Proven clinical account management experience in pharmacy is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic sales and tactical plans with key decision makers.
• Provide ongoing support to decision makers and assist during RFP processes.
• Develop recommendations for savings and revenue opportunities.
• Implement new programs to meet strategic goals.
