Job summary

Allaire Health Services seeks a Clinical External Liaison to build and nurture relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, social workers, and other referral sources in the Danville and Williamsport areas.

The role focuses on increasing awareness of skilled nursing and post-acute services, identifying referral opportunities, and ensuring smooth handoffs with admissions and clinical teams. Travel across the Danville and Williamsport markets is required.

Qualifications

• Healthcare, sales, marketing, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with skilled nursing, post-acute care, hospitals, rehabilitation, or healthcare referrals is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Danville and Williamsport markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, social workers, and referral sources.
• Increase awareness of skilled nursing and post-acute services.
• Identify new referral opportunities and help grow census.
• Conduct facility visits and represent the organization professionally.
• Work with admissions and clinical teams to ensure a smooth referral process.
• Track referral activity and maintain communication with partners.
• Attend community events and networking opportunities.
