Job summary

AbsoluteCARE Medical Center & Pharmacy is seeking a Provider Relations Manager – CKD to lead market-facing partnerships across Ohio. You will cultivate relationships with nephrology practices, primary care groups, dialysis providers, and hospitals, educating teams on the CKD care model and driving value-based collaboration.

You will manage territory plans, leverage data to optimize engagement, and coordinate onboarding and ongoing provider support, with up to 50% travel within Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, life sciences, nursing, public health, or related field.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales, provider relations, healthcare account management or value-based engagement.
• Experience calling on physicians, practice administrators, or clinical decision-makers.
• Strong account planning, territory management, follow-up, and documentation discipline.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and common office tools; willingness to travel 50% within Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with nephrology practices, PCPs, dialysis partners, hospitals, and CKD-related specialists across Ohio.
• Conduct proactive field outreach using a structured territory plan and call cadence; educate providers on AbsoluteCare CKD program and referral pathways.
• Track provider engagement activity in CRM; translate data insights into targeted account strategies and actionable next steps.
• Identify and engage nephrology practices to support CKD program growth; develop market-level provider targeting and relationship plans.
• Collaborate with clinical, analytics, growth, and market teams to support CKD progression, care coordination, and outcomes; ensure timely follow-up.
