Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, life sciences, nursing, public health, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales, provider relations, healthcare account management, or value‑based provider engagement.
• Proven ability to build and manage provider relationships in field-based, territory-based roles.
• Experience calling on physicians, practice admins, or clinical decision‑makers.
• Strong account planning, territory management, follow‑up, and documentation discipline.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into provider engagement strategies.
• Willingness to travel regularly (50%) within Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with nephrology practices and CKD‑related providers across Ohio.
• Conduct field outreach using a structured territory plan and follow‑up cadence.
• Educate providers on AbsoluteCare’s CKD program, care model, and value‑based partnerships.
• Engage providers in conversations about CKD progression, cardio‑renal‑metabolic risk, and care gaps.
• Identify high‑value referral partners and educate practices on the CKD care model.
• Prioritize provider engagement and measure outcomes to drive improvement.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned practices and ensure timely follow‑up.
